Managing Real Estate Broker
We are currently in search of an experienced real estate managing broker, this person is an licensed and experienced real estate broker that supervises a team of real estate agents. They are responsible for verifying the continued licensing of their agents, hiring, onboarding, and training new agents, and ensuring the performance and legal compliance of their team.
Real Estate Agents
Research the local real estate market... Determine the asking price. Identify the key selling points. MUST Have excellent customer experience skills! Take pictures of home for marketing. Adding home to the MLS. Adding home to Realtor.com and other sites.. Placing a "For Sale" sign in yard. Putting a lockbox on door. Coordinating visits / showings with buyers. Making sure buyers have financing... (e.g., pre-approval) Hold open houses. Presenting offers from buyers. Negotiating with and or for buyers.
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
A real estate transaction coordinator manages contracts throughout the selling and buying process. They are responsible for completing escrow paperwork, scheduling repairs and inspections, and making sure offers and counteroffers are approved. A transaction coordinator, or TC, is someone who assists a real estate agent by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract to closing. Duties include: Opening escrow. Coordinating inspections, repair negotiations, and completion of repairs.
